Default looms for millions of Australians : More than 2 million people, or 13 per cent of the estimated 16 million Australians using credit, are at risk of credit default. That includes about 600,000 people who are at "high to extreme risk" of defaulting, an analysis of credit records by credit agency Veda shows.
